Pantheon International PLC (LSE:PIN) has announced its unaudited net asset value (NAV) per share of 491.4p as of June 30, 2024, reflecting a 0.9p increase, or 0.2%, from the previous month.
The company's net asset value reached £2.3 billion, and its market capitalisation stood at £1.4 billion. Over the past five years, PIP has delivered a total shareholder return of 43%.
During June, PIP made £25 million in new commitments. These included an £11.1 million co-investment alongside Lovell Minnick in UK-based wealth and asset management firm London & Capital and a £13.9 million primary commitment to North American buyout fund HIG Capital Partners VII.
The company's financing cover stands at 3.8 times, and it has a net portfolio cash flow of £4.9 million.
As of the end of June, PIP's private equity assets totaled £2,512 million, with net available cash balances of £16 million and undrawn commitments amounting to £803 million.
Shares added 0.3% on Wednesday.
