Sprintex enhances commercial opportunity for G Series blowers with system integration validation

Sprintex Ltd (ASX:SIX) has materially enhanced the value proposition of its Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) product after confirming its ability to interface with various industrial communication standards, offering operational efficiency and flexibility for Sprintex's advanced technology blowers.

“The validation of Sprintex PLC integration capabilities represents a significant advancement for the company,” Sprintex managing director Jay Upton said.

“It enables our blowers to operate as integrated components within larger, more complex systems, facilitating smoother and more efficient integration with existing infrastructure.”

Broad application potential

SIX says several prominent companies are now evaluating Sprintex blowers for integration into their systems, with broad applicability enabling widespread adoption.

“This development supports broader adoption of Sprintex technology across various industries,” Upton continued.

“By enhancing the PLCs’ ability to seamlessly connect with other systems, Sprintex is fostering increased collaboration and potential partnerships.

“This positions our blowers as versatile alternatives to traditional side channel blowers, thereby expanding our market reach and application possibilities.”

Sprintex’s G Series blowers are designed for high-speed air movement in wastewater treatment, aquaculture, paper milling, and pharmaceuticals.

Raft of companies in procurement discussions

SIX has fielded interest from:

  • AirTech - a global leader in advanced air solutions with market penetration in Germany, the US and Spain. Potential for A$5 million-per-year agreement
  • MAT Global - wastewater treatment and aquaculture specialist in Turkey. Potential for A$5.7 million within the first three years of agreement.
  • FlexBio - Germany-based wastewater treatment solutions firm trialling four G15 3.5kW blowers for evaluation in their containerised wastewater treatment systems. Potential for European market penetration.
  • Martin Membrane Systems - part of the Wilo Group, renowned for their innovative solutions in wastewater treatment. Collaboration could open adoption of blowers in various maritime applications, a niche market.
  • Shandong ZQ Blower Co., Ltd - a leading Chinese blower supplier across various applications. Private labelling deal could generate A$5 million per year and Chinese market penetration.
  • Jindalai Environmental Co., Ltd - specialist in development and production of advanced wastewater treatment equipment. Agreement could involve deployment of hundreds to thousands of units per year.
  • Zhejiang Renxin Huankeyuan Co., Ltd - environmental technology company based in China with minimum procurement target of 300 units per year. Potential for substantial orders, reflecting the growing demand for high-quality, reliable environmental protection equipment across various industrial applications.

The company is in discussions with seven dealers across major cities in China including Beijing, Haerbin, Yixing, Ningbo, Nanjing, Yantai, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Suzhou, Zhengzhou, Zhuhai, Nanchang and JieYang.
