Trust Stamp partners with Botdoc to enhance identity verification

T Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID) (dba Trust Stamp) said it has struck a new partnership with Botdoc to integrate its low-code Orchestration Platform within Botdoc's Connect product.

The partnership enhances Know Your Customer (KYC) processes by integrating Trust Stamp’s advanced identity verification technology into Botdoc's Connect product, improving accuracy and security in verifying customer identities and documents.

This integration features document validation using the Driver License Data Verification (DLDV) System from the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), which Trust Stamp accesses under an AAMVA license.

Botdoc customers can now utilize Trust Stamp’s real-time verification capabilities against issuing agency data.

Both companies have collaborated before in sectors including banking, lending, and insurance.

Andrew Gowasack, Trust Stamp’s president, highlighted the need for robust identity validation in the automotive industry to combat fraud involving counterfeit or altered identification documents.

“Criminals are using counterfeit or altered driver's licenses, driving permits, and ID cards to commit fraud, and with nearly 80,000 cars stolen from dealerships last year, identity document validation is increasingly necessary. Now Botdoc customers can fight back using a variety of solutions through Trust Stamp’s low-code Orchestration Layer platform, which includes real-time capability to verify driver's license/ID information against data from the issuing agency."

Karl Falk, founder and CEO of Botdoc, praised the partnership, emphasizing the advantage of cross-industry innovation and best practices in cybersecurity and fraud prevention.

Trust Stamp, a global provider of AI-powered identity services founded in 2016, offers advanced biometric solutions to reduce fraud, protect data privacy, and enhance operational efficiency across multiple sectors, with a presence in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
