Rakovina Therapeutics Inc (TSX-V:RKV) told investors that it has upsized its previously announced private placement to $2.3 million.
The company said it has received subscriptions for $2 million worth of units and has issued and closed on 19.2 million units.
It expects closing on the remaining amount under the private placement by the end of the week.
Rakovina is developing new cancer treatments based on novel DNA damage response technologies.
