Harland & Wolff Group Holdings PLC (AIM:HARL) says its accounts are still not quite ready, two weeks after its shares were suspended as its results failed to be published on time.
The Belfast dockyard owner said at the start of July that it expected to be able to publish the results the following week, having been held back by talks with its auditors about how to recognise revenue for some multi-year contracts.
H&W said today that audit work is "undergoing final audit partner reviews" and it aims to publish accounts as soon as possible.
"The company will make an announcement as soon as the audit is complete and the accounts are published, following which suspension of trading in its shares is expected to be lifted," it said.
Harland & Wolff is in talks with ministers to approve a £200 million bailout.
In May, the company applied for a £200 million guarantee from UK Export Finance to pay off debts owed to Riverstone Credit Partners.
