Graft Polymer (UK) PLC (LSE:GPL) announced the resignation of Pavel Kobzev from its board of directors with immediate effect, following the divestment of the company’s industrial plastics business unit and its recent fundraise.
The company, meanwhile, also noted the launch of its new corporate website.
