Bank of America has increased its price target on Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL, ETR:APC), driven by confidence in a robust multi-year iPhone upgrade cycle.

Bank of America's analysts believe that two key factors will drive more customers to upgrade their iPhones in the coming years: an aging installed base (all the iPhones that have been sold and are actively being used by consumers) and promising generative AI features.

Ecora Resources PLC (LSE:ECOR, TSX:ECOR, OTCQX:ECRAF) results this year might come in ahead of forecasts after an update from the owners of its Kestrel royalty in Australia, according to analysts at Panmure Liberum.

The royalty group indicated that Kestrel’s result would be first-half loaded, with income of US$40.8 million compared to Panmure’s full-year estimate of US$36 million.

Ilika PLC (AIM:IKA, OTCQX:ILIKF) saw its target price raised by Panmure Liberum after the solid-state battery developer published annual results today.

Shares in Faron Pharmaceuticals Limited (AIM:FARN) jumped almost 17% in early trading after receiving "very positive" feedback from the US Food & Drug Administration on the design of its phase III clinical trial for bexmarilimab, a treatment for myelodysplastic syndrome, a type of bone marrow cancer.

The FDA's feedback could streamline the development process, targeting newly diagnosed high-risk patients and eliminating the need for a separate study for resistant cases.
