Scancell Holdings PLC (AIM:SCLP, OTC:SCNLF), the developer of immunotherapies for cancer treatment, said it has appointed Dr Florian Reinaud as a non-executive director.
Part of the investment team at Redmile Group, a major shareholder, he brings with him over 20 years of executive, non-executive, and financial experience in the healthcare sector.
He began his career as a medical doctor in the NHS before moving into finance as an equity analyst with Citigroup's European investment banking arm.
Reinaud's career includes roles in both venture and late-stage investments at Apax Partners in Paris and as the first CFO of DBV Technologies, a biopharmaceutical company specialising in allergy diagnosis and treatment.
