Shares in Aptamer Group PLC (AIM:APTA) jumped 14% after it updated on the status of its current trading and its collaboration with consumer giant Unilever.
On the latter, it is working to create Optimer binders to treat malodour in personal care products - presumably deodorants and foot sprays.
Anyway, Aptamer Group said the R&D results were "highly positive and reproducible", indicating the potential for use in downstream products.
In the trading update, investors were told there had been an upturn in sales and the order book as the year progressed.
In early trading, the shares were up 0.094p at 0.77p.
