Learning Technologies Group appoints Simon Boddie as senior independent director

Learning Technologies Group PLC (AIM:LTG, OTC:LTTHF) has appointed Simon Boddie as its senior independent director. Boddie, who is CFO of the University of Oxford, joined LTG as a non-exec in 2020 and serves on the audit, remuneration and nomination committees.
