Sprintex Ltd (ASX:SIX) is positioning itself for rapid growth in the ultra-high-speed electric motors and clean air technologies markets with the appointment of Steven Apedaile as executive chair of the company, effective from the first of this month.
The company says Apedaile brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving business growth and shareholder value, having been appointed a director for SIX in April of 2021.
With more than 30 years of experience in the accounting profession, his expertise includes management advice, risk analysis, strategic planning, public listings, forensic accounting, M&A and general business advice.
Toward mass production
"I am honoured to continue my journey with Sprintex in this new role,” incoming Sprintex executive chair Steven Apedaile said.
“With our robust project pipeline and current market cap of approximately $25 million, we are targeting four times growth within the next 12 months.
“The next six months are particularly exciting as we transform into a mass production company, poised to generate high revenue and profit for our shareholders."
Apedaile spent 25 years in Hong Kong where he worked for KPMG HK and later served 18 years as senior audit partner at Horwath HK, serving on Horwath International's Member Review Committee for three years and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants Audit Standards Review Committee for two terms.
