Ora Banda Mining Ltd (ASX:OBM) has appointed experienced geologist Kathryn Cutler as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from today.
As a professional geologist, Cutler brings extensive mineral exploration and resource development experience to Ora Banda, skills that are expected to enhance the company’s gold strategy.
She has worked with private and public companies across her career holding senior management roles with ASX-listed companies, Saturn Metals and Aruma Resources.
During these roles Cutler was responsible for exploration and resource growth at the Australian-based gold projects.
Cutler is currently the CEO of Killi Resources, a gold and copper explorer with key projects located in the Tanami region of Western Australia and the Charters Towers/Mt Rawdon region in Queensland.

Based in Western Australia, Cutler holds a Bachelor of Science (Mining Geology and Mineral Exploration) from the Western Australian School of Mines and Bachelor of Science, Honours (Applied Geology) from Curtin University and is a Member of the Australasian Institute in Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).
