Eden Research PLC (AIM:EDEN, OTCQB:EDNSF) has confirmed the grant of options under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan to chief executive Sean Smith and chief finance officer and Alex Abrey.
The options totalled over 11.9 million shares at a strike price of 6.5p each, representing a premium of 48% to the current share price.
