VanadiumCorp Resource Inc (TSX-V:VRB).has announced the election of a new Board of Directors and management team following an Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on July 2, 2024.
Shareholders overwhelmingly voted in favor of six new directors: Pierre Alarie, Gilles Dupuis, Ian Graham, Ian Mallory, Christian Paradis, and Stephen Pearce.
These directors were endorsed by the Concerned Shareholder in the Dissident Proxy Circular dated June 11, 2024.
Following the AGM, the Board appointed Ian Mallory as Chairman and CEO, Ian Graham as President, Gilles Dupuis as Chief Operating Officer, Peter Besenovsky as CEO of VanadiumCorp GmbH, and Stephen Pearce as Corporate Secretary.
Ian Mallory, Chairman and CEO, stated, “The strong new Board and management team at VanadiumCorp will significantly enhance the execution of the company’s initiatives in the production and international sale of vanadium electrolyte and advancement of our strategic mineral resource at Lac Doré, Québec.
