i3 Energy PLC (AIM:I3E, TSX:ITE, OTC:ITEEF) has announced a second-quarter dividend totalling £3.084 million at 0.2565p/share.
The ex-dividend date is July 11 and the payment date is August 2.
I3 Energy also said it had delivered a court submission to cancel its deferred A shares issued as part of a share capital reduction.
The capital reduction created distributable reserves to give flexibility over dividend payments, i3 said.
