Forte Minerals Corp (CSE:CUAU, OTCQB:FOMNF) announced that it has settled a debt of $56,600 through the issuance of 283,000 shares at $0.20 per share.
The junior exploration company said the settlement included $34,000 owed to officers and directors of the company and $22,600 owed to an arm’s length party.
