Hertz Energy (CSE:HZ, OTCQB:HZLIF) said it is terminating an option agreement for the Patriota lithium project in Brazil.
The company initially struck the agreement, dated August 4, 2023, with Brascan Resources Inc, BHBC Exploracao Mineral LTDA, and RTB Geologia e Mineracao LTDA.
Consequently, Hertz has relinquished its option to acquire the Patriota Lithium Project in Brazil and has no further obligations under the agreement.
