Versus Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:VS, CSE:VS) has appointed Curtis Wolfe as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Wolfe, who has extensive experience in technology companies, online media, ad technologies, and video games, is also a licensed attorney and a professor at the University of Miami School of Law.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the role, Wolfe said, "I'm thrilled to join Versus Systems at this transformative stage.
“We will conduct a thorough review of our technologies, product lineup, and client platforms to deliver secure and immersive gaming experiences that exceed our global customers' expectations. Additionally, we will explore strategic partnerships to foster mutually beneficial growth."
Wolfe's appointment follows the resignations of former CEO Matthew Pierce, CFO Craig Finster, Chairman Keyvan Penman, and directors Michelle Gahagan and Shannon Pruitt.
