Marwyn Value Investors Ltd (LSE:MVI) notified that James Corsellis, co-founder and partner of manager Marwyn Investment Management, snapped up £99,820 worth of shares in the company on Monday.
Corsellis bought 108,500 shares at a price of 92p apiece to increase his stake to 6.27 million shares, roughly 11.1% of the total.
It follows last week's investment by Marwyn to back Marwyn Acquisition Company II's first acquisition, of pension platform InvestAcc Group.
In April, Corsellis bought 140,000 shares at 94.51p.
