Challenger Energy Group PLC (AIM:CEG, OTC:BSHPF) said chairman Iain McKendrick had purchased around 35.4 million shares at 0.1403p each.
As a result of this transaction, McKendrick holds a total of around 85.4 million shares or about 0.8% of the oiler’s issued share capital
