Premier African Minerals Ltd (AIM:PREM, OTC:PRMMF) said that last year’s combination of the pullback in SC6 lithium pricing coupled with the delays in getting Zulu into production have not changed the medium and long-term fundamentals of the project.
Once matters have been addressed at Zulu, Premier expects that its other projects will see serious attention in the coming year to realise a return closer to original investments than the value in its latest accounts.
“Current pricing of Tungsten is compelling, and we do expect resolution of this with the Zimbabwean authority,” said chief executive George Roach.
“Similarly, our interests in Manganese represent an equally compelling opportunity.”
Losses for the year to end December 2023 were US$21.3 million (2022: US$13.6 million).
