Trakm8 Holdings PLC (AIM:TRAK) shares jumped 13% as it secured its business with Iceland Foods.
The company, in a statement, told investors that it had extended an existing contract and entered into a new contract with the UK frozen-food retailer.
In its latest iteration, in a 10-year relationship with Iceland, the fleet software firm said it is delivering additional features and is providing an ‘Insight AI Optimization’ platform.
It follows on from Trakm8’s ‘Iceland Scheduler’, rolled out to the retailer in Autumn 2023, which is said to have resulted in significant operational improvements and more available delivery slots for Iceland customers.
"We are delighted to extend the solutions we provide to Iceland Foods having been working closely together for over 10 years,” Trakm8 executive chair John Watkins said.
The existing contract between Iceland and Trakm8 was extended to March 2028.
In London, Trakm8 shares traded 1p or 13.3% higher changing hands at 8.5p each.
