Renewables group Hydrogen Utopia International PLC (LSE:HUI, OTCQB:HUIPF) has confirmed that its acquisition of Essential Energy Holding Corp will not proceed.
The two sides mutually agreed that a deal "would not be in the parties' best interests, for commercial reasons".
HUI did confirm that the long-touted acquisition of 49% of Ohrid Organics, a North Macedonia-based medical cannabis cultivator, is proceeding.
