tinyBuild Inc (LSE:TBLD), the indie game developer, gave a trading update for the five months of 2024, which it described as “slightly ahead of expectations” for the first five months of 2024.
The game publisher and developer reported strong pipeline performance with titles like Level Zero: Extraction and DUCKSIDE.
It had cash and equivalents “in the mid-to-high single digits” at the end of May, and was further boosted, in June, 2024, with the sale of intellectual property associated with Surgeon SIM to Atari.
“The pipeline for 2024 and beyond is strong and includes a number of larger-budget (above $1m), high-potential games alongside continuous investment in the catalogue including updates, DLCs and platform launches,” tinyBuild said in the statement.
“All considered, the Board remains confident the company is on track to deliver results in line with expectations.”
