North Bay Resources reports latest results from Bullion Alley

North Bay Resources Inc (OTC:NBRI) has reported its latest assay results from its recent exploration at the Fran Gold Joint Venture in British Columbia.

Assays from composite samples taken from trenches B and C yielded gold concentrations of 0.53 and 0.44 troy ounces per ton.

This central area, known as the Bullion Alley Zone, is recognized as the richest part of the property and is supported by extensive drilling.

Additional assays from trenches A and B revealed copper concentrations of up to 0.9%, along with high iron content.

The assays were completed by ALS Global Laboratory in North Vancouver using fire assay with atomic absorption finish for gold and 36 Element Aqua Regia ICP for other minerals.

North Bay noted that it is currently awaiting metallurgical test results to help determine the appropriate recovery methods for the gold.

The Fran Gold Project, a 50/50 joint venture with MGX Minerals Inc, spans some 34,360 acres located 20 miles from Centerra Gold’s Mt. Milligan Mine.

To date, more than 50,000 feet of diamond drilling in 104 holes have been completed at Fran, primarily focusing on the Bullion Alley Zone.
