Lancaster Resources Inc (CSE:LCR, OTCQB:LANRF), a lithium-focused exploration company, has announced the appointment of Miguel Paucar to its Advisory Board.
The company highlighted that Paucar brings almost three decades of experience in both underground and open pit mining operations and geomechanics working across diverse regions including South Africa, Australia, Chile, Mexico, Peru and Brazil.
Notably, Paucar served as Mining Director at Sigma Lithium Corp (TSX-V:SGML, NASDAQ:SGML) from 2021 to 2022 where he led advancements in lithium extraction technologies and sustainability practices, including initiatives such as using 100% renewable energy and recycled water and producing "quintuple zero green" lithium with a focus on zero tailings dams and zero hazardous waste.
The company believes his strategic insight will be invaluable in enhancing operational efficiencies and environmental compliance as it continues to explore and develop high-potential lithium and other projects.

Lancaster's Alkali Flat project is located in Lordsburg, New Mexico. It aims to produce Net-Zero Lithium using direct lithium extraction technology powered by solar energy.
