ARway.ai (CSE:ARWY, OTCQB:ARWYF) announced that it has integrated Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL, ETR:APC)'s new Enterprise APIs for its Vision Pro virtual reality headset with its augmented reality (AR) solutions.
The company said the strategic integration leverages the advanced hardware and sensor capabilities of the Apple Vision Pro. This allows ARway.ai to provide more accurate tracking and positioning, which is essential for a wide range of use cases.
For example, accurate positioning and tracking can improve the effectiveness of indoor navigation solutions in large, complex environments such as corporate campuses and events.
Further, enhanced AR capabilities make training and onboarding processes more interactive and engaging and the ability to overlay 3D experiences in real-world settings enhances customer engagement and marketing strategies.
Potential applications include in retail and hospitality to create immersive shopping and guest experiences or in field services and transportation where enhanced AR can assist in maintenance, repair and logistics operations.
"As a software platform, we continue to push the boundaries of what is possible with available devices," ARway.ai (CSE:ARWY, OTCQB:ARWYF) CEO Evan Gappelberg said in a statement.
"By leveraging Apple Vision Pro's advanced hardware, we can offer our clients even more sophisticated AR solutions, enhancing the accuracy and interactivity of our spatial computing platform. This not only improves the user experience but also expands the range of applications and industries we can serve."
Investors welcomed the update, with shares of ARway.ai adding more than 10% in early trade on Monday.
