Polarean Imaging PLC (AIM:POLX, OTC:PLLWF) said that all resolutions set out in the circular dated 23 May 2024 were passed at today's General Meeting.
The company can now issue 990.77 million Fundraise Shares for £0.01 per share, raising total gross proceeds of approximately US$12.6 million (£9.9 million).
Valid applications were also received for 236.1 million open offer shares representing an oversubscription of approximately 18.1%.
Qualifying shareholders will receive their full basic entitlement while excess applications will be scaled back to 74.3%.
