One World Lithium Inc. (CSE:OWLI, OTCQB:OWRDF) has revised its non-brokered private placement, lowering the unit price from $0.05 to $0.03.
The offering aims to raise up to $500,000 through the sale of 16,666,666 units, each comprising one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.06 over 36 months.
As of now, the company has secured $212,840 in funds.
