Digital payments group Bango PLC (AIM:BGO, OTCQX:BGOPF) has announced that Anthony (Tony) Perkins joined as a non-executive director and has been appointed chair of the audit committee.
Perkins, a chartered accountant, is also the senior independent board member and chair of the audit committee at Yu Group.
His expertise includes consumer markets, audit, risk management, and financial reporting.
