Diamond Lake Minerals Inc (OTC:DLMI), a leading player in digital assets and SEC-registered tokenized-securities, has finalized a lucrative $3.75 million share exchange agreement with Horizon Fintex, the group behind the regulated tokenized-securities exchange Upstream.
Under the terms of the agreement, Horizon Fintex issued 1,250 common shares valued at $3,000 each in exchange for 1 million newly issued common shares in Diamond Lake Minerals.
As part of the agreement, Diamond Lake Minerals will leverage its expertise as a commercial advisor to introduce and refer potential issuers seeking to list on Upstream.
A statement from Horizon Fintex said that Diamond Lake brings experience and a diverse portfolio of issuers to the table.
For Diamond Lake, the collaboration with Upstream, a MERJ Exchange market, presents an opportunity for its issuers to tap into an international investor base (excluding the US and Canada) and trade tokenized-securities using a variety of payment methods.
Investors on Upstream will also benefit from direct access to the exchange through the trading app, enabling seamless real-time trading and enhancing transparency in the marketplace.
