Powerhouse Energy Group PLC (AIM:PHE) has turned David Hitchcock’s acting non-executive chairman position into a permanent role with immediate effect.
Paul Emmitt, Powerhouse chief executive, commented: "The board are delighted that David has accepted the offer to become full-time chairman.
