Physiomics PLC (AIM:PYC) has secured a significant contract with a new UK-based biotech client, specialising in AI-driven design and development of novel therapies.
The project, worth £161,580 to Physiomics, will use the company’s proprietary Virtual Tumour technology to guide Phase 1b/2 dosing regimens for an oncology asset and benchmark it against competitors.
The project is expected to be completed over the next five months.
"We at Physiomics are very excited about starting our first project with this exciting new client and we look forward to working with their team over the coming months and hopefully on further programmes in the future,” chief executive Dr Peter Sargent said in a statement.
In London, Physiomics shares were up 5% to 1.37p, and earlier traded as high as 1.58p.
