Pantheon Infrastructure PLC (LSE:PINT), the FTSE 250 private equity investment trust, appointed Investec Bank and JP Morgan to acquire the company's ordinary shares under an ongoing share buyback programme.
The maximum price payable is 105% of the average market value for the five business days preceding or the higher of the price of the last independent trade and the highest current independent bid.
Any buyback is limited to 14.99% of the PIP’s issued share capital.
