Hillcrest Energy Technologies Ltd (CSE:HEAT, OTCQB:HLRTF) announced that it has completed a private placement of 3,530,000 units at $0.25 each for gross proceeds of $882,500.
The clean technology company said it intends to use the funds raised for increased marketing and investor relations activities as well as technology development and general working capital, including the retirement of existing accounts payable.
