Lancaster Resources Inc (CSE:LCR, OTCQB:LANRF) announced that it has appointed Paola Rojas to its advisory board.
The explorer of lithium and other critical minerals said with extensive experience in metals, energy and technology investments in Australia and the Americas, Rojas will provide strategic insights and guidance to support its growth and development.
As a principal at Sydney-based Synergy Resource Capital, Rojas has overseen more than US$80 million in mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising efforts with a focus on lithium, copper, and precious metals.
Lancaster CEO Penny White said Rojas’ expertise and international experience are “perfectly aligned” with the company’s strategic goals.
“We are confident that her contributions will enhance our ability to identify and develop high-potential projects in the lithium and gold spaces,” White said.
Rojas expressed her excitement about joining Lancaster’s advisory team.
