Los Andes Copper issues updates on interest payments

Los Andes Copper Ltd (TSX-V:LA) will issue 13,944 common shares to Queen's Road Capital Investment as payment for US$104,998 (C$143,570) in interest on convertible debentures. The shares are priced at US$7.53 (C$10.29) each. This payment pertains to US$5 million, US$4 million, and US$5 million eight percent convertible debentures issued in 2021 and 2022.
