Spectra Systems Corporation (AIM:SPSY, OTC:SCTQ), the security tech company, said it would issue more than 403,000 new shares at around 247p each to Cartor, the printing group it recently acquired.
It settles Spectra's £3 million payment for Cartor, £1 million of which was deferred until completion of the deal pending the conclusion of a pension scheme matter with the purchased company.
