SWMBRD Sports Inc (CSE:SWIM) told investors it has registered a design patent in the Republic of Türkiye for its proprietary aquatic sports board.
The new patent adds to the company's existing intellectual property portfolio, which covers various embodiments of its unique sports board design and associated accessories.
The company's proprietary aquatic sports board is designed to ‘empower the human body in the water’. It Is intended to be a versatile and easy-to-use option for water enthusiasts of all ages and abilities.
SWMBRD also noted that it had granted 1.51 million restricted share units (RSUs) to consultants and an officer of the company. The RSUs will vest immediately, subject to regulatory approval.
