Learning Technology Group "well placed to return to organic revenue growth as the economy improves"

Andrew Brode, the chairman of Learning Technologies Group PLC (AIM:LTG, OTC:LTTHF), will provide a guardedly optimistic assessment of prospects when he addresses the company's annual meeting later on Thursday.

"While the Board maintains a cautious stance for 2024, our global client footprint, diversification and product innovation leave us well placed to return to organic revenue growth as the economy improves," he will tell investors.

"The strength of our balance sheet, supported by good cash generation, will provide the group with enhanced capital allocation optionality, in line with our long-term strategic objectives."

He noted that the 'macro environment' last year had been subdued. Nevertheless, LTG delivered a financial performance in line with consensus with continued margin progression and record cash flow generation.

The market will be afforded a more comprehensive update next month.

LTG, valued at just shy of £670 million, is a specialist in the fast-growing workplace digital learning and talent management market.
