Versus Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:VS, CSE:VS) has canceled its special shareholder meeting scheduled for May 30, 2024, at 10:30am PT.
The board of directors has decided that restructuring Versus as a Delaware corporation is not advantageous for shareholders. Consequently, proposals outlined in the proxy statement/prospectus filed with the SEC on April 29, 2024, have been withdrawn from shareholder consideration.
