Sidus Space Inc (NASDAQ:SIDU) announced that it has passed an ISO 9001:20015 and AS9100:2016 recertification audit which recognizes its commitment to quality standards.
The Space and Data-as-a-Service has been ISO-certified since 2012.
The company highlighted that the recertification process included vetting and examination of its Quality Management Systems and its dedication to exceeding customer satisfaction and commitment to continuous improvement.
The recertification recognizes its consistent quality of design and development in accordance with customer contracts, as well as manufacturing and assembly of component parts through precision machining, fabrication, and avionics, Sidus said.
"Quality and continuous improvement have been priorities since the beginning of Sidus,” CEO Carol Craig commented.
“Our long-term ISO and AS certifications validate that we have the tools and processes in place to ensure consistent quality, which provides our customers a high level of confidence that we will deliver.”
Cape Canaveral, Florida-based Sidus Space operates from a 35,000-square-foot manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing facility and is focused on vertically integrated Space-as-a-Service solutions including end-to-end satellite support.
