Terran Orbital (NYSE:LLAP) has announced several key appointments to its leadership team that the satellite manufacturer said support its aims to accelerate revenue growth and become cash flow positive.
It welcomed Peter Krauss as chief operating officer, Adarsh Parekh as chief financial officer, and Mathieu Riffel as chief accounting officer.
Krauss will oversee all engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, business development, and marketing functions, as well as our international operations, Terran Orbital said.
A seasoned sales, marketing, and operational executive, he brings nearly 30 years of experience driving organizational growth and profitability, as well as extensive expertise in building and managing complex, global manufacturing and distribution systems in countries such as the US, Germany, UK, Mexico, Hungary, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
He replaces Tony Gingiss, who has decided to leave the company. Gingiss will continue to provide strategic advisory services to the company until July to facilitate a smooth transition of his responsibilities.
As CFO, Parekh will oversee all accounting, finance, and investor relations functions.
He brings more than two decades and $2.5 billion of transaction experience in the financial sector, most recently serving as the CFO of medical technology company Alio.
Riffel will focus on the company’s accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance processes as its new chief accounting officer.
Riffel has worked for Terran Orbital (NYSE:LLAP) since 2021, most recently serving as its acting CFO.
