Nevis Brands (CSE:NEVI, OTCQB:PSCBF) has launched its 'Major' range of cannabis-based beverage Gummies in Washington State.
"The Major brand of beverages is already carried in hundreds of retail stores across eight states and based on feedback from our retail partners we saw an opportunity to expand our offerings to capitalize on the enthusiasm for Major's effects and flavor profiles," said Nevis CEO John Kueber.
Major Gummies will be offered in 100mg packages of ten 10mg gummies per package.
It is the only gummy in the Washington market that utilizes SoRSE emulsion, the same ingredient used in Major beverages to improve taste and rapid onset.
Major Gummies will be offered initially in Orange Mango and Blue Raspberry flavors.
Overall, cannabis edibles are a market estimated to be worth approximately US$3.4 billion with cannabis beverages accounting for approximately US$1 billion.
Kueber added: "As the cannabis beverage market matures and grows we believe Gummies can introduce additional growth for Nevis starting in Washington and one additional market in the second half of 2024.”
Initial sales will begin in the first week of June with Gummies revenues to contribute to third-quarter numbers.
