Information Services Corporation (TSX:ISV) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Enterprise Registry Solutions (ERS) has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Tech for 2024 by Great Place to Work Ireland.
The company said the Great Place to Work Certification recognizes the innovative, flexible and forward-thinking practices and cultures developed by businesses within Ireland’s technology industry.
It is a measurement of an organization’s Trust Index score, which is based on a survey carried out within organizations under the three overarching themes of Achieving Objectives, Personal Best, and Team.
ERS achieved an 86% overall score, scoring highly across various measures, including Diversity and Inclusion, Work Environment and Process, Empowerment and Accountability, Wellbeing and Teamwork.
Its high score pushed it above the Great Place to Work Certification into the Best Workplaces in Technology category alongside companies like Cisco, WP Engine Ireland, Sun Life, and Sales Force Ireland.
ISC highlighted that this award comes after its announcement in March that it had been named a 2024 Saskatchewan Top Employer for the 16th year.
