Blackbird chair Andrew Bentley to step down

Blackbird PLC (AIM:BIRD, OTC:BBRDF)’s non-executive chairman Andrew Bentley will be stepping down at the next AGM scheduled for 18 June. He will remain a non-executive director until 31 August to ensure a smooth transition as the video editing specialist seeks a replacement.
