Sirius Real Estate Limited (LSE:SRE, JSE:SRE, OTC:SRRLF) has announced that James Peggie will step down as an independent non-executive director at the next annual general meeting in June.
In his place, Deborah Davis will join the board as an independent non-executive director, effective from 1 December.
Davis has held senior roles at major technology companies including PayPal, eBay, Symantec, and Verizon Business.
She holds board positions at Diaceutics PLC (AIM:DXRX) and International Personal Finance (LSE:IPF) plc, among others.

During Peggie’s 12-year stint at Sirius, he has served as senior independent director, interim board chair and chair of the remuneration committee.
