Forward Water Technologies Corp (TSX-V:FWTC) said that it has closed the previously issuance of $225,000 of debentures.
The proceeds of the financing will be used for general working capital purposes.
Forward Water is dedicated to saving the earth's water supply using its patented Industrial Forward Osmosis (iFO) technology.
