Bloomsbury Publishing PLC (LSE:BMY) said that chairman Sir Richard Lambert will step down after the annual on July 16 meeting to be replaced by John Bason, a non-executive director of the business.
CEO Nigel Newton said: "Sir Richard Lambert has been an exceptional chairman over the last seven years. We are immensely grateful for his insight, sage and generous counsel and support, which have helped Bloomsbury achieve so much during his tenure."
