Predictiv AI closes latest private placement

Predictiv AI Inc (TSX-V:PAI) has completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $200,000 through the issuance of 10 million units at $0.02 per unit. Additionally, Predictiv AI settled $500,000 of outstanding debt by issuing 25 million common shares at $0.02 each. All securities issued in these transactions are subject to a statutory hold period of four months.
